HOLY SHIT!!!!

I thought it was ok for the first couuple minutes...very melodic. Then the fast part came in, and I was blown away. The piano and guitar fit very well together. Well done.

GS-Screamer responds:

Thank you sir. The moment I first heard this song, I was hooked. It's like crack. Or something.

Not your style

But I like it a lot. The pizzicato strings were a little repitive, but with all the other synths that were playing on top of it, you could barely tell. I can tell you spent a lot of time on the drums, they were always changing, I might have to try thaty next time I submit. I could see this fitting very well in an exploration type of scene in a video game of some sort. Great Job!!!!!

crud responds:

Yep, this is just another one of my experiments to bend my style. I was trying to go for a thick sweeping group of melodies to come together with out clashing too much. But yeah, the drums are just alot of fun for me now and goof luck with yours!! thanks for the great review!

I tried this once

About three years ago using midis...but it sucked. This is a great song, and its hard not to make this song not sound bad. Maybe a more forceful drum beat when the guitar part came in would be nice. Nice fade out at the end.

nice try...

but stick to flash. I didnt like the use of the fruity loops sounds at the beginning. The middle was pretty cool when the orchestra hits came in and it mellowed out a little bit. The drums need some workand some of the sounds were pretty marginal. Nice try

Nice

This song certainly shows a different side of you that I have never heard, and it is sweet. I like the beat alot, some of the sounds were pretty unusual, but thats ok. This song might inspire me to eventualy make a rap song too. Good job

Halfhouse responds:

thanks, im glad u liked ittt. and yea, i would like to see some rap loops in ur library of loops/songs that would be coo

Wow

So inspiring... The first part was very calm and nice sounding, with the string ensemble. Then there was a rest...and the techno part came in...and my jaw dropped. So good, I can't pick out any real flaws. This is my favorite work of yours.

its just a drum loop

but not a very good one. The drums in fruity loops aren't realistic sounding for me, and the beat isnt that great. I use fruity loops too, but not in any way like this

Fayt68 responds:

ty for the critizing man i needed it.(no sarcasm)

Haha thats was cool

Although it was repetitive, the patterns worked very nice together so I didnt care. Cool stuff, very original.

Halfhouse responds:

yea, when i was making it i didn't really think about making it a full song, i more or less tryed to make a loop. but then, i just kept adding... and adding... hehe thanks for the review!
